Yes. You can add or remove members at any time through your guild admin dashboard. New members get instant access. Removed members keep their personal data but lose access to guild features and their Pro/Plus tools at the end of the billing cycle.
Guild plans start at 5 members. For guilds under 5, individual subscriptions are the better option. There is no maximum - we support guilds of any size.
All member data (trade logs, watchlists, builds) is preserved forever, even after cancellation. Members simply lose access to premium features and revert to the free tier. If you re-subscribe later, everything is still there.
Yes, each member signs up for their own AlbionForge account (free). The guild admin then invites them by username or email. Members link their Albion Online character for personalized insights.
Not currently - all guild members are on the same tier. However, individual members can upgrade their personal account to Pro on top of a guild Plus subscription if they want the extra tools.
