Terms of Service

AlbionForge ("the Service") is a web-based market intelligence, crafting optimization, and PvP analytics platform for the game Albion Online. The Service provides tools including real-time market price tracking, crafting and refining calculators, profit engines, city arbitrage finders, kill feed analytics, meta reports, and an AI-powered economy advisor.

The Service aggregates publicly available data from community APIs and official game APIs to help players make informed economic decisions in Albion Online.

AlbionForge is an independent, community-built tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Sandbox Interactive GmbH, the developer and publisher of Albion Online.

Albion Online and all related names, logos, images, and assets are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sandbox Interactive GmbH. Item icons and game imagery displayed on this site are fetched from official Albion Online render APIs and remain the intellectual property of Sandbox Interactive GmbH.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You can register using Discord OAuth, Google OAuth, email/password, or magic link authentication. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@albionforge.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

AlbionForge offers three subscription tiers:

• Free ($0) — dashboard, market intel, watchlist, item database, killfeed, meta reports, and up to 2 price alerts.
• Plus ($2.99/mo or $29.99/yr) — everything in Free, plus profit engine, city arbitrage, all calculators (crafting, refining, enchanting), economy hub with P&L tracking, and up to 10 price alerts.
• Pro ($4.99/mo or $49.99/yr) — everything in Plus, plus black market flipper, investment simulator, focus planner, build planner, transport route optimizer, journal tracker, AI advisor, and unlimited price alerts.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@albionforge.org for refund requests.

If you downgrade your subscription or cancel entirely, all your data is preserved indefinitely. Trade logs, watchlists, saved builds, price alert history, and portfolio data remain in your account. You will lose access to premium features but your data is never deleted due to a subscription change.

If you re-subscribe at any time, all your historical data will be available immediately.

Market prices displayed on AlbionForge are sourced from the Albion Online Data Project, a community-run initiative. Prices are crowdsourced from players running the data collection client and are updated approximately every 5 minutes.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Prices may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. The more players who run the data client, the better the data quality. Always verify critical trading decisions in-game before committing silver.

Profit calculations, recommendations from the profit engine, AI advisor suggestions, and all other computed values are estimates based on available data and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from AlbionForge for commercial purposes.
• Abuse the API by exceeding rate limits (100 requests per minute per user) or attempting to circumvent usage restrictions.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private information.
• Use the Service to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the Albion Online in-game economy in ways that violate Sandbox Interactive's terms of service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

The AlbionForge platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and original content, is owned by AlbionForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Albion Online game assets, item icons, spell icons, and related imagery are the intellectual property of Sandbox Interactive GmbH and are displayed under fair use for the purpose of helping players interact with the game's economy. All such assets are fetched directly from official Sandbox Interactive APIs.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AlbionForge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• In-game silver losses resulting from trading decisions made using our data or recommendations.
• Service downtime, data loss, or interruptions.
• Inaccurate or outdated market data.
• Actions taken by Sandbox Interactive that affect the game economy, API availability, or the legality of third-party tools.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AlbionForge uses only publicly available APIs provided by Sandbox Interactive and community data projects. We do not interact with the game client, modify game files, or automate any in-game actions. The Service is a web-based analytics tool that operates entirely outside the game client.

We believe our tool complies with Albion Online's terms of service. However, we cannot guarantee that Sandbox Interactive will not change their policies regarding third-party tools. Use the Service at your own discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support@albionforge.org.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, retain your data for a reasonable period to allow account recovery if the termination was in error.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
